A nurse appeared in the doorway. “Johnny,” she said quietly,
“your mother is here to see you.” Johnny opened his eyes. At first they were
wide with surprise, and then they darkened. “I don’t want to see her,”
“She’s your mother.”
“Well I’m
letting her in anyway its not healthy to have a bad relationship with your
mother.” The nurse said. As she walked in Johnny actually noticed she might
have been crying. "Could It be possible that she actually was worried for me"? I felt like someone actually wanted me. she walked up to my bed and stood in silence for a good 30 seconds. She told me that she was proud of me. She was sorry for everything she had put me through. I just thought wow so she did care for me just a little.
